DOLCE NEWS.

These two cowpokes turned in their holsters for a mandolin and an accordion. Sandy and George decided music builds better bridges then their ways of old. So they put their old ways aside and now they play.  Simple as that.

My name is Sandy Dhuyvetter. I am an artist/musician and half of the duet, called DOLCE. After some thought we decided to commit to creating a simple newsletter that will showcase our gig schedule and perhaps contribute in a small way to making your life and our life more fun. We need lots of things in our lives and fun is one of them, we hope you agree. So let's go!

When George Powell and I started playing music together we found the combination of our instruments and the music we played was getting familiar feedback. We were transporting many of our listeners around the world. Our sound is unique and yet can be identified in multiple international cultures. American Folk, Tex Mex, German, French, Spanish, Eastern European, Arab, Jewish, and even the sounds from pacific islands are part of the mix. We are curious about music and absolutely love to perform music that highlights the harmonies between the accordion and mandolin.

Our next step was to create a Web Site and we named it AllMusicConsidered.com It seems like a good name representing us well. Hope you can take a look.

Thanks for coming out to hear us play and thank you for welcoming music and art into your life.
